Fall 2025 Orientation
Transfer Students: Wednesday, August 27, 2025 (9:45 a.m.-1:30 p.m.)
First Year Students: Thursday, August 28, 2025 (9:45 a.m.-2 p.m.)
This Orientation program is to help our newest Eagles become familiar with our campus while gearing up for academic success. The program consists of a one-day orientation in which the new students meet their classmates as well as important staff at St. Joseph’s University. New students will observe various workshops on campus resources, meet other new students and given time to finalize your last minute needs before the semester begins. New Student Orientation includes both First Year and transfer students.

- Tools for Success: Finding Support When Needed – presented by Academic Tutoring, Library and Advising
- Shaping Your Future – presented by Career Preparation and Alumni Engagement

12 p.m. — Lunch — Eagles Nest Cafeteria
- Meet various office representatives and services
- Representatives from the following areas: Academic Success, Alumni Engagement, Athletics, Center for Counseling and Wellness, Financial Aid, Global Studies, Information Technology, Security, Student Government Association and Student Involvement, Leadership and Intercultural Engagement

12:30 p.m. — Connect Today! — Knapp Swezey Multipurpose Room
Presented by Information Technology and Security
- Learn about our technology resources and access your student email and other systems
- Accessing your mobile student ID
1 p.m. — Tours Available
